COVID-SAFE PRACTICES
Santa Fe Hand Prints follows current guidelines established by the US Center for Disease Control regarding use of masks by vaccinated and non-vaccinated people alike. (www.cdc.gov)
The Santa Fe Community College maintains a separate guidance for masks while on campus. Currently, SFCC requires ALL visitors to wear masks and maintain social distance in classrooms. Therefore, you will need to bring a mask with you to any workshop you plan to attend.
REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICIES
Sometimes plans change, things come up, forgotten appointments are remembered. We get that, and want to work with you if you need to make a change or cancel a class you have already signed up for. Here is what you can expect if you do need to make a change.
RESCHEDULE - you can apply the full refund amount as outlined below for a class you are unable to attend to any subsequent class as long as there is space permitting. Contact Mike Kimball at mkimballsf@aim.com to reschedule.
REFUND - If you would like to cancel a class you have signed up for the following policies will apply:
• Cancel more than 14 days before the class begins: 100% refund
• Cancel 14 days to 24 hours before class begins: 75% refund
• Cancel day of or no-show: no refund
CLASS PARTICIPATION
• Students are asked to behave in a professional manner that is respectful to others in the workshop.
• Smoking and vaping is not allowed on the SFCC campus.
• There is always a short review of the work produced at the end of the day. You are encouraged to participate and provide constructive feedback to fellow students, but this is not required.
• Screens can occasionally be damaged by participants. If you do tear a screen please plan to purchase the screen for $25 and take it with you at the end of the workshop. Often, a torn screen will still be suitable for use, but not for continued use in the workshops.
